The Release & Reflect Session provides a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can express what’s been weighing on your mind, heart, or spirit. No need to have everything figured out. No pressure to explain yourself perfectly. This space is designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying and gain a fresh perspective.

For the first 30 minutes, the conversation belongs entirely to you.

Share your thoughts, frustrations, emotions, experiences, or challenges openly. During the final 15 minutes, we will reflect on what surfaced, identify key themes or patterns, and explore possible next steps to help you move forward with greater clarity and intention.

What Happens After Purchase
