Refund & Exchange Policy

At Glo’s World, every order and service is handled with care. Please review this policy before completing your purchase or booking a session.

Personalized and Custom Items

All personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale.

Because these products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Glo’s World.

Please review all names, spelling, colors, sizes, and customization details carefully before submitting your order.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and nonrefundable.

This includes downloadable files, workbooks, guides, printables, courses, templates, and other electronically delivered materials.

Once a digital product has been purchased or delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Clothing Exchanges

Clothing may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • The item is in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are included.
  • The item has no stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Eligible clothing may be exchanged for another available size or another eligible clothing item.

Replacement sizes and items are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Glo’s World.

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be considered a late cancellation and may not qualify for a refund or replacement session.

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without providing notice will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.

To cancel or reschedule a coaching session, contact Glo’s World with your name, booking details, and requested change.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Worn, washed, used, or damaged clothing
  • Clothing returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Clothing without original tags or packaging
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Missed coaching sessions
  • Coaching sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Glo’s World within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, Glo’s World will provide instructions for a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

How to Request an Exchange

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Glo’s World is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Glo’s World does not provide refunds for correctly fulfilled orders unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Eligible clothing purchases may be exchanged according to the terms above.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Glo’s World.
